This Delivery & Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the Copprly website for delivery within the United States of America (USA).

1. Shipping Coverage

Copprly currently ships its products across the United States of America through its authorized international logistics partner.

2. Logistics Partner

All USA orders are shipped using our trusted logistics partner:
ShipGlobal

ShipGlobal handles international order processing, customs clearance coordination, and last-mile delivery through its network of courier partners.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

4. Delivery Time (Turn Around Time – TAT)

  • Estimated Delivery Time for USA:
    7–12 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on destination address, customs clearance, courier partner performance, and unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges as per U.S. regulations.

  • Any such charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier or customs authority.

  • Copprly is not responsible for delays caused due to customs inspections or clearance procedures.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Copprly may offer free or promotional shipping during special campaigns, which will be clearly communicated on the website.

7. Tracking Information

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

  • Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link provided by ShipGlobal or its last-mile delivery partner.

8. Delivery Delays

Copprly shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Natural disasters, weather conditions, or force majeure events

  • Courier partner or transportation delays beyond our control

9. Failed or Undelivered Shipments

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, non-availability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may be returned or abandoned as per courier policy.

  • Additional re-shipping costs, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.

10. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

  • Any issues related to damaged, missing, or tampered packages must be reported to Copprly within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting images or videos.
